Booking and payment
Your booking is confirmed once the payment through Stripe succeeds; you receive a receipt by email.
- Flexible rate: pay in full now, or pay 50% now and the rest in cash on arrival.
- Non-refundable rate: 5% cheaper, paid in full when you book.
If the rest is not paid on arrival, we cannot hand over the property and the amount already paid is kept.
Cancellation
- Flexible rate: free cancellation until 15 days before arrival, with a full refund of everything you paid. After that, no refund.
- Non-refundable rate: no refund.
If we have to cancel your stay, for example due to force majeure, you get a full refund.
Minimum stay
5 nights for arrivals from May to October, 15 nights for arrivals from November to April.
Price
The price includes bed linen, towels, final cleaning and Wi-Fi. Stays of 7 nights or more get 5% off, stays of 28 nights or more 10% off. The Greek climate resilience fee (€8 per night from April to October, €2 per night from November to March) is shown separately and included in the total.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
Guests and pets
At most the number of guests shown on the property page. Pets only after our written confirmation, so please message us before booking.
Damage
There is no damage deposit. Damage beyond normal wear is paid at the usual local repair cost, against the invoice.
Villa pool
The pool has no gate or fence. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Law
Greek law applies. As the stay is booked for fixed dates, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumer law).
